A Different TWIST for Wedding Venues!

Today, there are so many choices for wedding venues.  You can almost have your choice of where, what, and how.  But not so many venues give you so much "freedom" with your choices as the one I am about to tell you about.  This venue is for "intimate to small weddings".  If you are going to have a large wedding, this venue is probably not for you. (Only because I haven't come across one that holds a lot of people).

A wedding venue in the mountains, beside the streams or river is what some people look for, but their search becomes futile when all they find is a venue for large weddings or huge budgets!  How about.....a wedding at a HUGE CABIN!

There are so many pros to this, they far outweigh the cons!  First of all, All your family and friends can stay with you for several days before the wedding to help you get everything completely decorated and have some final moments with them before your NEW journey begins!

Second,  All that planning and your family and friends will be happy to help you with the tidying up!

Third.  What else could be more special that your family and friends having such a huge part in your wedding day!

And, of course, if you don't want anyone else around until time to decorate, then you are already at the location with some time to relax before everyone gets there!

There are several of these located in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area and also in the Tellico Plains, Tn area.  I am sure you can find them in your location as well, but if not, what a great time for a "vacation/celebration"!!

Making the MOST of YOUR Wedding Day!

I can't say enough about the importance of this day being about YOU!  A lot of people get "stuck" in the abyss of  "pleasing this and that one".  While it is important to TRY and please others, it is not always going to happen!  There will be times when you will just have to courteously say things like, "I am sorry, but that is already taken care of".  Or, "We don't mean to upset you, but we don't believe that way".  Reading up on your "etiquette" is a great way to handle sticky situations that may come up that you don't know how to handle in a tactful way.

Speaking of etiquette, researching etiquette and table manners will give you a heads up on things you may have forgotten as you have gotten older!  Sometimes, you just fail to put the proper things into practice until you need them!

It takes a LOT of work to plan a wedding, (as I am sure you are aware of by now!) so, PLEASE make sure to thank your guests for coming and try to take a little time for each one individually. It will mean a lot to you later and to them as well!

Enjoy YOUR day!  Don't be stressed! It will all be over too soon!  Until next week--Be Blessed!
